The Ma Tat Ng Library is open to the community - Muslim and non-Muslim. Every one can use the Library to read, but only Library members can borrow publications, audio-visual tapes and any other available material(s) which the Library has to offer. However, membership is restricted to Muslims. Non-Muslims may only use the Library to read. The following is criteria for membership: Adults: * All paid-up members of the Islamic Union may apply. * Muslims who are not members of the Islamic Union must have a paid-up IU member as guarantor. Children & Teenagers: * Any Muslim child/teenager aged 10-18 must have a parent as guarantor.
